Dr. Brian Williamson Pharm.D., President and Chief Executive Officer
Brian Williamson is President and Chief Executive Officer of JCB Laboratories. He brings extensive experience and innovation to the sterile compounding industry. His proven leadership and industry-specific knowledge has grown JCB 2000% over the last eight years.
Prior to starting JCB Laboratories, he was one of three sterile product-specific pharmacist consultants for PCCA, the world’s largest compounding educational center. He has held the positions of V.P. of Educational Services for Meridian Pharmaceuticals, adjunct professor for several pharmacy schools, and appointed as a clinical pharmacist in a pediatric and neonatal intensive care unit in a large pediatric teaching hospital.
Mr. Williamson has a B.S. in biology from Southwestern College, a B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Kansas, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from The Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy in Winchester, Virginia.
Jan Gerber R.Ph., Vice President
Jan Gerber is a founding member of JCB Laboratories. In addition to being vice president of JCB Laboratories, he is also owner and president of Custom Rx, a full line compounding pharmacy located in Wichita. He has twelve years of pharmacy experience - all of which are compounding specific. He is a Fellow of the American College of Apothecaries and a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacy.
Mr. Gerber has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in Lawrence, Kansas.
Kent Richardson R.Ph., Senior Executive Officer
Kent Richardson has nearly 40 years of experience in pharmacy, home medical equipment, third party insurance billing and business management. Kent served as the marketing director for a pharmacy management company for 12 years. He has served on the Board of Directors and as President of PACE Alliance, the largest retail pharmacy buying group in the U.S. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as President of the American College of Apothecaries. Kent was a pioneer in modern compounding pharmacy in the Wichita, KS area. He has started many successful businesses including two medical equipment companies and ten pharmacies. Currently, he is the senior partner in JCB Laboratories and Custom Rx Pharmacy. Kent brings a wealth of business acumen to the table as well as a stellar reputation as a pharmacist and business owner in Wichita, Kansas.
Mr. Richardson has a B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
Chris Richardson, Operations Manager
Chris Richardson is a founding member of JCB Laboratories and serves as the Operations Manager. He has 14 years of experience in the field of pharmacy and 10 years of compounding experience. In addition to his duties with JCB Labs, he continues to serve as operations manager for two local compounding pharmacies.
Mr. Richardson holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas William Allen White School of Journalism in Lawrence, Kansas.
Greg Rockers, R.Ph., Vice Presidentof Clinical Operations and Pharmaceutical Research
Greg Rockers has over 16 years of pharmacy management and clinical research experience and joined JCB in early 2010. Prior to joining JCB, he led four successful pharmacy start-ups, including Director-level positions at a long term care institutional pharmacy and a home infusion pharmacy where he was responsible for all sterile compounding operations. Most recently, he was Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Research at the largest multi-specialty clinic in Kansas for 9 years.
